Still no phone, apparently Verizon does not want to give up our number. Not sure who the mess belongs to, but making Comcast take ownership and solve it. Round 3.0 this Wednesday.


If it doesn't happen get ready for some 'plainin!

Verizon has to authorize the porting of your number to Comcast. This is probably the reason for the delay. Whatever the case may be, I would like to get my regional contacts to assist in getting this resolved for you. Please send me the phone number in question and the address where you'd like to receive our service. I would also appreciate it if you can include a link to this page.

Thank you! I have sent you an email with the information. I look forward to seeing what you can do. Hopefully my experience will be positive. (either way it will be shared on here!)

I find this process interesting as I just wrote a paper about social media marketing research for my grad school class. Good to know that brands do utilize this concept.
